One Tree ILL

WOW, so, OK... rewinding to the post from August 13th, 2012 concerning MP MUMS...

As I've said a MILLION times, I love love LOVE teen dramedy, so because of this (and the fact that there are 187 episodes), I recently started watching ONE TREE HILL. As I do with everything I watch ever, I was looking at the imdb listing, AND I discovered that DAPHNE ZUNIGA (MP's Jo Reynolds) portrays a MOM (Victoria Davis) in the latter half of the series (2008-2012). I am only on the first episode of the third season (2005-2006), so I have not yet reached this:



BUT, to hold me over, there was this:



YES, TWIN PEAKS' own LAURA PALMER is the mother of Alternative Press reader, PEYTON SAWYER! At least, I think. As I am only moments into the first episode of season three, I haven't made it past this season two cliffhanger revelation, SO I GUESS WE WILL SEE.

BUT...



...there could be a twist.

Season 9, Episode 12: Double Jeopardy

Rosana De Soto makes another MSW appearance, this time as Maria Galvan, the widow of Councilman Roberto Galvan, who was allegedly MURDERED by SLUMLORD, Frank Fernandez, BUT FF was found innocent, and therefore, cannot be tried again, because of a lil ol' thing called DBL JPRDY!

...OOOOPPSS, WRONG MOVIE!!

Season 9, Episode 11: Final Curtain

Sadly Julie Adams is not making her FINAL appearance as Eve Simpson in FINAL Curtain.

During my long unintentional hiatus from this melrose space, I have become an avid viewer of the ABC family network. WHY IS THIS RELEVANT, YOU ASK?! BECAUSE Jane Mancini (née Andrews) (Josie Bissett) plays Kathleen Bowman in ABC family's The Secret Life of the American Teenager, AND Sydney Andrews (Laura Leighton) is Ashley Marin in ABC Fam's, Pretty Little Liars. BUT... THE PARALLELS DO NOT END THERE!


These MP sisters are also ABC FAMILY MOMS... or MPARENTS!


Please review the following list of MPARENTS:
- Jane as Kathleen Boman in Secret Life.
- Sydney as Ashley Marin is Pretty Little Liars.
- Chad Lowe, who was Sydney's love interest, Carter Gallavan, in MP is Byron Montgomery ALSO in PLL! WHOA!
- and COOP IS A COP! ...and a dad in MTV's TEEN WUFF! It may not be an ABC fam show, but STILL!

Just to keep the list going...
- Megan Mancini (nee Lewis) (Kelly Rutherford) is Lily van der Woodsen/Bass/Humphrey/etc. in Gossip Girl.
- AND AS WE ALL KNOW, Kimberly Mancini (Marcia Cross) and Matt Fielding (Doug Savant) were MPARENTS on the not-so-long-ago retired, Desperate Housewives.

ALSO, I do realize that Jack Wagner is on a soap opera, and maybe he is a dad in it, but I have never seen it (and probably never will) as my current interest lies with teen dramedies.

I'm sure there are more MPARENTS out there in TV LAND, but they're probably just on shows that I don't/won't care about.

IT's also sTUPID WEIRD that Laura and Doug are MPARENTS TOGETHER IRL.

Season 9, Episode 9: A Christmas Secret

I really don't want to watch a Christmas episode, so...

Eileen Seeley is Elizabeth Forsythe in this MSW, and ADOPTION AGENT in "Ultimatums and the Single Guy." Woo.

Season 9, Episode 8: The Classic Murder

Following the theme of the previous episode, another MP dad is featured! AND, he also plays a father in this MSW! What a DAD ACTOR or DACTOR! BY THE WAY, his name is Wayne Tippit IRL and Buck Wilson in this MSW. Tippit is AKA Palmer Woodward, Amanda's father in multiple MPs!

Buck DIES and is thought to be in a WELL! When Palmer dies, his body is LOST AT SEA! BOTH HAVE WATER OR ARE WATER! THE PARALLELS!



John D'Aquino is Sgt. Tom Jarrow, police officer and former crush of Sally, Buck's daughter. D'Aquino appears in TWO MPs as a "wealthy guy" named Perry Hutchins whose life is saved by Dr. Michael Mancini!



Lisa Melili makes her third and final MSW appearance as Molly, the Waitress!

Season 9, Episode 7: Sugar & Spice, Malice & Vice

James Handy appears in this episode as Lieutenant Pat Hogan! In MP, he is Matt Fielding's father, Matt Fielding SR.! Hogan arrests Michael Haggerty on the suspicion of MURDER! Much like Matt Sr. could not accept his son's homosexuality, Hogan simply cannot accept Michael Haggerty's innocence! ALSO! In MP, Matt was convicted of killing PAUL's wife, and Haggerty is accused of killing PAUL in this MSW!



Donna Bullock, who was Barbara Lewis in MP "Peter's Excellent Adventure," is Laura Downing, a business associate of the l8 and gr8 PAUL!
