Season 9, Episode 9: A Christmas Secret

I really don't want to watch a Christmas episode, so...

Eileen Seeley is Elizabeth Forsythe in this MSW, and ADOPTION AGENT in "Ultimatums and the Single Guy." Woo.

Season 9, Episode 8: The Classic Murder

Following the theme of the previous episode, another MP dad is featured! AND, he also plays a father in this MSW! What a DAD ACTOR or DACTOR! BY THE WAY, his name is Wayne Tippit IRL and Buck Wilson in this MSW. Tippit is AKA Palmer Woodward, Amanda's father in multiple MPs!

Buck DIES and is thought to be in a WELL! When Palmer dies, his body is LOST AT SEA! BOTH HAVE WATER OR ARE WATER! THE PARALLELS!

John D'Aquino is Sgt. Tom Jarrow, police officer and former crush of Sally, Buck's daughter. D'Aquino appears in TWO MPs as a "wealthy guy" named Perry Hutchins whose life is saved by Dr. Michael Mancini!

Lisa Melili makes her third and final MSW appearance as Molly, the Waitress!

"All you have to do is open your mouth, George, Molly does the rest."

Season 9, Episode 7: Sugar & Spice, Malice & Vice

James Handy appears in this episode as Lieutenant Pat Hogan! In MP, he is Matt Fielding's father, Matt Fielding SR.! Hogan arrests Michael Haggerty on the suspicion of MURDER! Much like Matt Sr. could not accept his son's homosexuality, Hogan simply cannot accept Michael Haggerty's innocence! ALSO! In MP, Matt was convicted of killing PAUL's wife, and Haggerty is accused of killing PAUL in this MSW!

Donna Bullock, who was Barbara Lewis in MP "Peter's Excellent Adventure," is Laura Downing, a business associate of the l8 and gr8 PAUL!

Season 9, Episode 5: The Dead File

Diana Bellamy makes her second and final MSW appearance, playing Paige Kindle, head of the New York City-based "Empire Feature Syndicate." The Syndicate provides comic strips to the local newspapers, including a comic that features JESSICA FOX, who is, YOU GUESSED IT, a parody of JESSICA FLETCHER!

LOL!

Season 9, Episode 3: The Mole

Ken Howard is back as a philanthropist named Maxwell 'Max' Hagen! As you may recall, Ken is also known as Jane and Sydney's nice guy father in MP. In this MSW, however, Howard's character is a real d-hole. IN FACT, his goons even accidentally KIDNAP Jessica! Buncha jerks or what!!!

LEWIS Smith, who appears in two MPs as Tom Riley, is federal agent, LOUIS Paloma! Not sure why his character has the same first name as he does IRL, yet spelled differently, but whateva!

Season 9, Episode 2: Family Secrets

Brian Mcnamara, in his second MSW appearance, is Randall Sloan, a former student of JB's and a current reporter! Sloan returns to Cabot Cove to DIG UP SUM DURT for a new spin on an old story! HE ENDS UP DED!

David Newsom is Neal Latimer, a former classmate of Randall, and the son of businessman, George Latimer. Newsom is also known for the role of WILLIAMS in three MPs!

"Here's to the best looking boat owner in town, may you have smooth sailing." ;) ;) ;)

Tony Becker is Dave Sanders, Mason Porter's brat nephew. Becker is EDDIE in MP "They Shoot Blanks, Don't They?"

ALSO! Charles C. Steveson Jr. appears as MINISTER in two episodes of MP and this MSW!

AND! Douglas Rowe is PROPRIETOR, and NEIGHBOR in MP "They Shoot Mothers, Don't They?"

Season 8, Episode 18: Programmed for Murder

Judith Hoag appears as Gretchen Price. In MP episodes "The Whole Truth" and "Drawing the Line," Hoag appears as Sarah Goldstein.

And... 3V3 51M950N!

Season 8, Episode 16: Ever After

WOW, only one mutual actor, BUT IT IS A DOOZY!

MARCIa Cross plays MARCI Bowman, daughter of rich guy, Walter Bowman!

WAIT... MARCI?! KIMBERLY!? ....RITA??! WHO'Z WHO!?!

Perhaps, like Rita, Marci is just one of Kimberly's other personalities! OR MAYBE THEY'RE THE SAME ONE! WHO KNOWS!

Season 8, Episode 15: Tinker, Tailor, Liar, Thief

Kenneth Danziger makes another appearance as a character named Archie! This time, Danziger plays Archie Potter, P.I., whereas he made his previous Archie appearance as Archie Weems, who was not a P.I.!

Peter Dennis is Albert the Hotel Desk Clerk, and Jeweler #1 in MP "The Whole Truth"!

Season 8, Episode 14: The Monte Carlo Murders

Ian Ogilvy is back! In his previous appearance, he portrayed PETER Baines, and this time around, he is PETER Templeton, a former cat burglar, maybe?

Neil Barry is Richie Floret, son of one of Jessica's dear old friends. Barry is also in three MPs as Greg Parker. I'm not really sure who he is.

Season 8, Episode 13: Incident in Lot #7

Michelle Johnson is Monica Chase, some hussy who is slutting it up with the producer of a film adaptation of one of JB's novels. Johnson appears in two MP episodes as Perry Morgan, one of Jake's ex-lovers.

Season 8, Episode 12: The Witch's Curse

Julie Adams is back as Eve Simpson, OF COURSE! AND, Linda Porter appears as CLERK and as NUN in MP "The Daughterboy."

Season 8, Episode 11: Danse Diabolique

Robert Torti portrays a hunky ballerina named Damien Bolo in this MSW!

In two MP episodes, Torti appears as Jim Stone, a drug smuggler who uses pantyhose to get his goods into the country.

PERHAPS he is using the very same hose that he wore when playing Damien Bolo!

GASP!

Also appearing is Stephen Nichols as a stagehand named Barry Carroll, who is a creep. In MP "Collision Course," Carroll is Carl Canin, Sydney's wannabe John.

The Nichols on the right sez "Let's see that nice young stuff in there!"

Season 8, Episode 10: The List of Yuri Lermentov

Brian McNamara appears as Harry Neville, congressional aide. In MP "Pushing Boundaries," he portrays Scott Daniels!

Season 8, Episode 9: The Committee

Three mutual actors in this episode and none of them are worthy of having actual names! Geoffrey Infeld is MESSENGER (Bellman in MP "Un-Janed Melody"), Judy Jean Berns is FUND-RAISER ORGANIZER (Harriet in "Full Metal Betsy") AND Marabina Jaimes is NURSE (Lt. Carrie Shacter in "Hook, Line and Hayley").

No photos, sorry!

Season 8, Episode 8: A Killing in Vegas

WHOA, FOUR MUTUAL ACTORS (three of which have previously appeared in MSWs)!

Bruce Gray, making his third appearance in MSW, and his first as his soon-to-be reoccurring character, Jessica's publisher, Ted Hartley.

Lisa Melilli, in her 2ND MSW, is 2ND WAITRESS!

Stephen Macht (right) and Jeff Kaake (left) make their appearances at almost the exact same time! Both actors portray casino employees. Macht is Frank Stinson, a casino bigwig, and Kaake portrays Eddie Wheaton, a DEALER and a STEALER!

Kaake is the MSW first (and only) timer in this episode. In MP, Kaake portrays the beefy Chas Russell, Amanda's long estranged mother's boytoy!

HUBBA HUBBA!

Season 8, Episode 7: Terminal Connection

Tonight's mutual actors are Chad Everett and THE MELROSE PLACE BEACH HOUSE!

JUST KIDDING I WISH!

Chad Everett does return, though, and he has yet another great hairdo! Everett, also known as Lexi Sterling's father in MP, portrays Clark Blanchard, a well to do business man, who is MURDERED!

Clark's is found dead outside of HIS BEACH HOUSE, not the beloved MP beach house located on Beach Front Walk (1125 Capri Way, Oxnard, CA 93035 IRL).

It's quite sad that they are not the same beach house, BUT both houses are LIGHT GRAY!

Season 8, Episode 5: Lines of Excellence

David Groh, in his third and final MSW appearance, is Henry Waverly, a former adulterer. His wicked ways were found out because of what he said on his computer!

THAT RING DON'T MEAN A THING!

Also in this episode is Randee Heller as Lt. Cynthia Devereaux, who is obnoxious. Heller appears in MP "A Long Night's Journey" as Police Detective Altman.

Season 8, Episode 2: Night Fears

I of course cannot find any photos of John Lavachielli as NYPD Ofc. David Morelli in this MSW OR as Alison's Guy in MP "Who's Afraid of Amanda Woodward?: Part 1." SORRY!

Season 8, Episode 1: Bite the Big Apple

Jessica, who has taken the position of Criminology Instructor at Manhattan University, decides to lease an apartment in New York City. JB has grown tired of always living in hotel rooms, so she decides to maintain her home in Cabot Cove and an apartment in NYC. I MEAN, she is a successful author after all!

A new setting also allows for the introduction of NEW REGULAR CAST MEMBERS! Unfortunately, none of them are mutually shared with MP, so they don't matter!

JB's new nosy neighbor, Rose Tessler, who only appears in this episode, is portrayed by Liz Sheridan. Sheridan is also in MP "Second Chances" as WOMAN SHOPPER!

There are also some familiar faces in this episode, such as EVE SIMPSON, who bids JB farewell early on in the episode with a BIG APPLE CAKE!

Lewis Dauber is Duke of Nonesuch, and MINISTER in MP "Who's Afraid of Amanda Woodward?: Part 2"!

Season 7, Episode 6: A Body to Die For

Another Eve Simpson (Julie Adams) episode! Also making another appearance is Jason Beghe, who is portraying local fitness club owner/hunk, Wayne Bennett!

OUR TWO MUTUAL ACTORS TOGETHER:

YIKEZ!

Season 7, Episode 5: The Family Jewels

BRUCE (aka Stanley Kamel) RETURNS AND LOOKS GREAT! Kamel is TUFF AS NAILS campaign manager, Sid Staples. He really doesn't get much screen time, which is a lot of BS.

"It's called saving your buns, pal."

Like Kamel, Marcy Goldman is also making her second and final MSW appearance! This time around, she is Reporter #2!

Season 7, Episode 3: See You in Court, Baby

Alexander Folk's FIFTH MSW appearance! Folk's character identifies himself to the lieutenent as "Brady, down here at the desk," but imdb credits him simply as Desk Sergeant!

Season 6, Episode 22: The Sicilian Encounter

Ian Ogilvy makes his second MSW appearance as Peter Baines! Ogilvy was featured in an earlier season six episode as Harold BAINES, an MI-6 agent and associate of Michael Haggarty (he is eventually jailed, etc.). This Baines, however, is a spineless fortune-hunter, who is later revealed to be Harold's brother??? NO WONDER THEY LOOK ALIKE!!

Daniel Trent, who plays Barton, appears in MP episode "Picture Imperfect" as HEAD CLIENT!

In MP "Sex, Drugs and Rockin' the Cradle," she is Marcia, a group leader at the rehab facility that Alison attends.
