Always portraying a ne'er-do-well, Short is Jess's partner (according to IMDB) in MPs "Framing of the Shrews" and "Kiss, Kiss Bang, Bang." Short's character, however, is HIRED by Jess to vandalize Shooters/kill Jake, so that doesn't really make them partners, ya know? I would think that Jess's hired goon would be a more accurate title for his character.
